  • BYD Auto Co., Ltd. is a Chinese automobile manufacturer based in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and a wholly owned subsidiary of BYD Company. It was founded in 2003, following BYD Company's acquisition of Tsinchuan Automobile Company in 2002.
